DHS Personnel Regulations Update

AFGE President Gage, Council Presidents TJ Bonner and Chuck Showalter, AFGE staff as well as NTEU representatives met very briefly with DHS and OPM this week. We were advised that the regulations are formally being submitted through the administration before they are released. We were not given a definite timetable, but they thought the final regulations might be released in January. 12-8-2004
