Need help--written up and admonished for

"being on station in my office after my shift."

Not kidding--just picking up some paperwork. They are using a memo clearly written to state the importance of being on station duty your hours of work, and twisted it to use as a complaint against me. I have always stayed to finish the massive quantity of work in this dept as a dedicated employee because i have been alone in this dept for almost 3.2 years out of the 5.2 i have worked in it.

Has anyone else ever been counseled either verbally or in writing, or admonished for this?

If not, we are looking at a dangerous precedent to be used to harass employees. All answers welcome

Thanks. Susan
