The document is clear and concise It highlights the changes to NSPS as a result of the passage of the Defense Authorization Act brought about by AFGE's successful four year massive struggle, litigation and mobilization. The struggle for full reform of the NSPS pay system continues. President Gage will testify Tuesday February 12th before the House Federal Workforce Subcommittee regarding the NSPS and TSA pay systems.
