Charles Showalter to Appear on "Lou Dobbs Tonight"Monday March 6, 2006 AFGE National Homeland Security Council President Charles Showalter will be on CNN's "Lou Dobbs Tonight", airing at 6 p.m. EST to discuss the U.S. ports issue, as well as the Department of Homeland Security contracting out its guard positions at its own headquarters.
