ORLANDO -- Three TSA members were honored by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Wednesday for their quick action that led to the arrest of a man who tried to board a plane with bomb making materials.

Officials said Cleveland Laycock, Frank Skowronski, and Jose Zengotita, who are part of the TSA Behavorial Detection Team, were able to spot suspicious behavior in Kevin Brown, amidst a sea of hundreds of passengers.

Brown, who is a Jamaican national, tried to board a flight to Jamaica with components for making a pipe bomb packed in his luggage.

Brown told investigators he was going to use the materials to show friends how to build bombs like the ones he saw while serving in Iraq.
