The Women’s and Fair Practices Departments’ Equalizer Training Certification Program Fall Application Coming Soon! This training is created for AFGE Local and Council officials and coordinators who have a history of working on EEO cases and want to take their skills to the next level. This training will provide participants advanced EEO skills that they can use to carry an EEO case from beginning to end. 

The TENTATIVE Fall training schedule is as follows:

Week 1: EEO I — Theories of Discrimination and Burdens of Proof

  • October 19th from 6 – 9 PM ET or October 21st from 7 – 10 PM ET

Week 2: EEO II — Discovery

  • October 26th from 6 – 9 PM ET or October 28th from 7 – 10 PM ET

Week 3: EEO III — Preparing for Hearing/Pre-hearing Reports/Damages

  • November 2nd from 6 – 9 PM ET or November 4th from 7 – 10 PM ET

Week 4: Legal Writing Motion for Summary Judgment

  • November 8th from 6 – 9 PM ET or November 10th from 7 – 10 PM ET
