AFGE volunteers play a pivotal role in the success of the AFGE and its goals. Whether it is educating fellow members about legislative and political issues or helping organize fellow workers to build AFGE’s clout, this work can’t be done without your hard work and dedication. There are many different ways you can get involved, activities include collect signatures on petition drives, assisting during organizing events, lobbying members of Congress and helping mobilize other members during election season.
