AFGE Mourns Passing of former NST Allen Kaplan

AFGE mourns the passing of Allen Kaplan who served as AFGE National Secretary Treasurer from 1986 to 1991.
Kaplan passed away March 31 at the Central DuPage Hospital, Winfield, IL. He was a former National Vice President and National Representative for District 7.
There will be no funeral services. A memorial lunch will be held later at a time to be announced by his son Paul. Condolences may be sent to:
