AFGE Remembers Sharon Harnage

"Please be advised that Mrs. Sharon Harnage, wife of AFGE President Emeritus Bobby Harnage, passed away this morning. This is a very sad day for all of us in AFGE.
Sharon Harnage was not only a truly wonderful person, but she was also a great AFGE leader serving in a variety of leadership positions for several decades on behalf of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) members as well as a AFGE National Women’s Coordinator and member of the Human Rights Committee."
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at Cobb Funeral Chapel, 2441 Georgia 37, Moultrie, GA 31768.
Funeral services will take place at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9 at the First Presbyterian Church of Moultrie, 501 1st St SE, Moultrie, GA 31768.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Moultrie and Colquitt County, 1412 First St. S.E., Moultrie, GA 31768.
Cobb Funeral Chapel, Moultrie, Ga., has been entrusted with arrangements.
