"During this time of year we give thanks for our family and friends. We recognize the challenges we faced throughout the year and reflect on the road ahead.
I am thankful to be a part of a union that fights tirelessly for federal and D.C. government workers. Through organizing, representation, education, legislation and litigation we continue to be a driving force in the labor movement.
Our solidarity with other unions and workers’ rights groups connects us with communities around the country. Our cause continues to improve the lives of working families and help put thanksgiving meals on their tables. And we give thanks for the thousands of members and workers who fight for the same.
Thank you all for your continued service to our movement. AFGE is honored to have you as dedicated activists."
