With the Trump administration deciding not to conduct a Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey this year, AFGE is partnering with the Partnership for Public Service to ensure federal employees can still share their workplace experiences during this critical time for the civil service.
The Public Service Viewpoint Survey takes less than 8 minutes to complete. The Partnership for Public Service – the nonprofit, nonpartisan organization behind the Best Places to Work in the Federal Government rankings for the past two decades – will aggregate data from the survey to understand how current management practices are affecting the federal workforce.
All responses are confidential. The deadline to complete the survey is 11:59 p.m. ET Dec. 19.
Employees should visit the survey website outside of working hours and on a personal device. Click here to take the survey.
