OSC Issues New Hatch Act Guidance

The Office of Special Counsel, which enforces the Hatch Act, has issued new guidance for the political activity of federal employees. Our union is working on this issue. Based upon the concerns raised by our union and others, OSC partially revised its advisory on Friday.
We will still be working to make certain the rights of federal employees are protected and will continue to keep our members informed. In the meantime, you can read more about it here.
