The Senate on Thursday voted to begin debate on a Trade Promotion Authority, which would allow the White House to fast track trade deals. The vote came two days after the Senate voted down the same motion.
The White House is seeking authority to fast track trade deals like the horrendous Trans-Pacific Partnership, a free-trade deal among the U.S. and 11 other countries in Asia and Latin America.
