AFGE President J. David Cox, Sr. and AFGE Defcon Chair Don Hale will be participating in a National Labor-Management Conference in Chicago next month, and you won't want to miss it.
The highly acclaimed conference is hosted by the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS) on Aug. 17-19, and AFGE members are encouraged to attend.
“We are excited and honored that AFGE President David Cox and AFGE Defcon Chair Don Hale will take part in our program to share their expertise on labor trends in this new environment and their vision for the 21st century Federal workplace!” said FMCS Director Allison Beck. “With our conference theme, “The Future@Work: Trends, Tools, and Techniques for Partnering in the New Economy,” we could not ask for more insightful analysts or thoughtful commenters on contemporary labor issues.”
AFGE members and leaders will be joined by an extraordinary line up of advocates, practitioners and experts, who will share the latest insights for addressing the Future@Work. With more than 70 sessions, federal labor-management professionals won’t want to miss the most important conference of the year.
