WASHINGTON – American Federation of Government Employees National President Everett Kelley issued the following statement:
“We applaud the House for swiftly approving the Senate-passed coronavirus stimulus package, which will provide $2.2 trillion in emergency funding to help our country better respond to this rapidly evolving crisis. We look forward to working with Congress in the near-term to address unresolved issues facing federal workers, who continue to risk daily exposure to the coronavirus.”
