President Gage Responds to President's Proposal on Deficit Reduction
WASHINGTON – The American Federation of Government Employees National President John Gage today issued the following response to President Obama’s proposed plan for shared prosperity and shared fiscal responsibility:
“AFGE supports a comprehensive economic strategy for the country that stimulates job growth, strengthens the middle class, reinforces entitlement programs for future generations and requires everyone, including the wealthy and corporations, to pay their fair share.”
