AFGE represents thousands of veterans working in our federal prisons, on our military bases, patrolling our borders, taking care of our nation's capital, and in government offices nationwide. AFGE also represents thousands of workers who serve veterans day in and day out, as doctors, nurses, and so much more.
We believe that honoring our veterans means fighting to provide world class care to our nation's heroes, and to fight for workplaces where veterans and other workers are treated with respect, dignity, and are free from discrimination or retaliation.
