National Representative- Richard Hernandez
My name is Richard Hernandez, and I am a CPL-33 National Representative. In this role, I am available to answer questions from elected CPL-33 local representatives and assist with a variety of union-related issues. I began my career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Corrections Officer in 2008 at FCC Tucson, where I remain today. I have had the pleasure of serving the bargaining unit employees at L-3955 as both a Local Vice President and Local President.
