File A Bond Claim:
To initiate the process for filing a bond claim, you must email [email protected] in the National Secretary Treasurer’s Office. The National Office serves as a liaison between the bond company (Eberts & Harrison Inc.) and the Local/Council. We will provide the documents for you to complete, so we can forward it to the bond company.
Increase/Decrease Your Bond Coverage:
In order to increase/decrease your bond coverage, please send an email to [email protected] in the National Secretary-Treasurer’s Office and provide the increased amount in increments of $2,500.

Obtain A Copy of Your Bond Certificate:
Please send an email to [email protected] in the National Secretary-Treasurer’s Office, and your current bond will emailed to you promptly.
Note: You can also find your bond coverage amount by logging into MyLocal3, click the Local Profile tab, and click the Election and Financial Detail Section. Only Local Presidents and Local Treasurers (Secretary-Treasurers) have access to MyLocal3.
