- All councils/locals issue a statement to media (ideally local media) and on social media to help this break through the news cycle.

Get Everyone Involved
- Get leaders to personally weigh in with any lawmakers they have a personal relationship with that this is a red line that cannot be crossed. They need to understand the gravity of this attack.
