Everett Kelley is the National President of the American Federation of Government Employees, which is the largest union representing federal and D.C. government employees. He assumed the presidency in February 2020.
Everett Kelley has been a member of AFGE since 1981. He worked at the Anniston Army Depot, which he recently retired from after 30 years. Prior to his election as National Vice President, he served as President of Local 1945 from 2002 to 2011.
Eric Bunn Sr. is National Secretary-Treasurer of the American Federation of Government Employees, which is the largest union representing federal and D.C. government employees. He was elected to this position in April 2020.
Bunn began his career in public service at the D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development, where he quickly rose to the position of Local President of AFGE Local 2725. A labor activist for over 25 years, he was first elected as National Vice President of AFGE District 14 in 2013, and has since been re-elected to three-year terms twice, in 2014 and again in 2017. AFGE's District 14 represents federal and D.C. government employees in the D.C. metropolitan area and those stationed overseas in Europe.
Jeremy Lannan is National Vice President for Women and Fair Practices at the American Federation of Government Employees, the largest union representing federal and D.C. government workers. He was elected to the position in August 2018 at AFGE’s 41st National Convention in Las Vegas.
Lannan is one of the youngest – and first openly gay – federal employee ever elected to one of AFGE’s three national leadership positions. He also is the first male ever to lead AFGE’s Women’s and Fair Practices Departments (WFP), which promote civil, human, women’s, and workers’ rights for all AFGE members.
