Are Federal Employees Over or Under Paid? (VIDEO)

Hard-working Americans aren't getting the pay they earned - and if you're reading this, you're probably one of them. Even though corporate CEOs are getting paid more than ever, the cost of living has increased dramatically and the majority of working people are living paycheck to paycheck. 

But Did You Know That Includes Our Nation's Public Servants?  

Not politicians, of course, but the real public servants in our communities that keep our nation safe, healthy, and strong. Despite their tremendous contributions to the country, you don’t hear much about them since most of their jobs are done behind the scenes. 

The Truth is Public Servants... 

Touch our lives each and every day. From the air we breathe to the food we eat, to maintaining our country's roads and bridges, to developing cures to deadly diseases, government workers protect our communities and ensure every American has the opportunity to live a healthy life and pursue their own American dream. 

Are paid 35% below those doing the same work in the private sector thanks to years of pay freezes and job and retirements cuts.  

Deserve 5.3% catch-up pay. Congress can't reverse the damage that's been done over the years, but they show those who work in government dignity and respect by providing a modest increase in pay.
