Everyday Americans are working like dogs but are earning less than they did in the 1970s, when adjusted for inflation. What a cat-astrophe!
Corporate profits are at the highest level in 60 years, yet none of this wealth is trickling down to the average worker.
In 1965, CEOs earned 20 times as much as the average worker; today, these fat cats earn 296 times as much.
This inequality will continue to rise unless we stop the attacks on working families. Can you believe the paw-dacity of these people?
Unions build power for workers to unite around clawe-some issues like safe working conditions, morale, benefits and pay. Really everything but the kitten sink!
