Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto
A proud daughter of a union household, Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto has shown up time and time again for America’s working people. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she served two terms as Nevada’s attorney general, working to break up sex trafficking rings, ensure the dignity and safety of domestic violence victims, and protect working people from predatory scams and business practices.
Making history as Nevada’s first Latina senator, she has proudly represented the “Battle Born State” and consistently been a clear voice for the working people of her home state and across the nation.

Rep. Bennie Thompson
Rep. Bennie Thompson has been one of the most consistent and fierce advocates for the working people who keep our country running. Since his election to represent Mississippi’s 2nd District in 1993, he has been the state’s longest-running Black elected official.
Since his election, we have been honored and proud to work with Rep. Thompson. While his many accomplishments are difficult to list at once, he has been at the forefront of achieving health care equity for all Americans, protecting our democracy, and ensuring that federal workers are treated with dignity and respect. We’re especially grateful for his work championing our members at the Transportation Security Administration, including helping achieve their recent monumental pay increase.
