It’s been only three weeks since President Biden took office, and federal workers’ morale has improved dramatically as we’ve started to see our hard work and activism coupled with strong, pro-worker leadership in the White House resulting in much-needed change. It’s another demonstration that leadership matters, and whoever occupies the White House can either make or break the civil service and the missions of our agencies.
It also goes to show that our voices matter, and when we stand together, we win!
