It’s been only three weeks since President Biden took office, and federal workers’ morale has improved dramatically as we’ve started to see our hard work and activism coupled with strong, pro-worker leadership in the White House resulting in much-needed change. It’s another demonstration that leadership matters, and whoever occupies the White House can either make or break the civil service and the missions of our agencies.
It also goes to show that our voices matter, and when we stand together, we win!
Federal workers are passionate about our work, and we thank President Biden for supporting us and the work we do serving the American people!
Join AFGE and ask your coworkers to join AFGE! When we stand together and speak with one, powerful voice, we win major victories like these! Momentum is on our side, we are winning victories that will benefit ALL federal and D.C. government workers, so there’s never been a better time to join.
