We are organizing DHA employees to build a strong bargaining unit under AFGE Local 2348. Your support is critical to creating a legally recognized structure to represent our shared interests. Once a majority of eligible employees sign on, we can petition for official recognition—which gives us the legal right to bargain with DHA leadership for improvements that matter.

Why It Matters
DHA is the largest unit to join AFGE since the TSA’s employees. The agency is a vast and critical organization, providing healthcare to 9.6 million beneficiaries through:
