AFGE Urges Passage of Legislation Restoring Rights for Employees in Sensitive Positions
WASHINGTON – American Federation of Government Employees National President J. David Cox Sr. today urged swift passage of legislation overturning a recent court ruling that denies hundreds of thousands of federal employees the right to a third-party review of agency actions that could cost them their jobs.
