AFGE Council 220 Takes Its Case to the Public over SSA’s Abuse of Power

Categories: SSA, The Insider

In an open letter to SSA Commissioner Andrew Saul published in the Baltimore Sun, AFGE Council 220 representing Social Security Administration employees called on the agency to reopen the labor-management contract and treat workers with respect.

In the letter the council also called on Congress to hold hearings on SSA if the agency refuses to right the wrong.
