The E-Dues signup process is established through the website JoinAFGE.org, therefore holding E-Dues signing events in field locations requires Internet connectivity.  

For work areas or facilities that do not offer reliable internet access, a mobile hot spot is recommended to establish a connection to JoinAFGE.org. A hot spot allows multiple devices to connect to a Wi-Fi signal similar to those found in offices, coffee shops, or airports. The device leverages a cellular signal to facilitate this access.
