Molly Kamph, President*
Molly Kamph is a Reference Archivist in the Analog Records Division at the National Archives and Record Administration (NARA). Molly started her career at NARA in 2023 and previously worked for the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History. Her work with Local 2578 has focused on grievances, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) cases, Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) cases, organizing, and bringing the NARA community together through solidarity.
Jason Clingerman, Vice President*
Jason Clingerman is a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Presidential Libraries at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). He has worked at NARA since 2007, previously working in Research Services and the Office of Innovation. His work with Local 2578 includes grievances, mediation and conflict resolution (RESOLVE), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) cases, training for representatives, and organizing. Jason is honored to serve the bargaining unit employees of NARA and represent their interests while celebrating their hard work and commitment to fulfilling the agency's mission.
