Shutdown Update:

800,000 federal employees are wondering when their next paycheck will arrive because President Trump decided to partially shut down the government on December 22. On January 4, President Trump said he was prepared for this shutdown to last "months or even years." 450,000 feds are working without pay while 350,000 have been furloughed – and they can't afford to wait months or years for their next paycheck. They've got bills to pay and families to feed. This is about 800,000 real people with real lives and real responsibilities.
